Shopping with Couch Guys

Couch Guys offers couches and sectionals from our warehouse at 506 Central Park Drive, Sanford, FL. Warehouse visits are by appointment only.

Before you purchase

Review the individual listing for price, condition, dimensions, materials, and included pieces. Confirm that the couch fits your room and can pass through your doors, hallways, and any stairs. Contact Grady if information you need is missing.

Delivery

Delivery within 72 hours. Rates depend on drive time from our Sanford warehouse and the service selected. Stairs and old-couch removal cost extra. Destinations beyond 2 hours require a quote. Read our delivery policy for the full rate table and service details.

Returns and deposits

All sales are final. Holding deposits are refundable within 24 hours and non-refundable afterward. Our return and refund policy explains how we handle problems and buyer responsibilities.

Flexible payments

Any financing or leasing arrangement is subject to the payment provider’s eligibility requirements and terms. Review those terms before applying.
