Can I try a couch before buying?

Yes. Our warehouse is at 506 Central Park Drive, Sanford, FL. Visits are by appointment only. Book your visit and bring your room measurements.

How soon can you deliver?

Delivery within 72 hours. Contact us to arrange the delivery time and access details.

What does delivery cost?

Up to 1 hour from Sanford: $100 curbside or $150 white-glove. Over 1–1.5 hours: $150 curbside or $200 white-glove. Over 1.5–2 hours: $200 curbside or $250 white-glove. Beyond 2 hours, request a quote.

What is white-glove delivery?

We carry the couch inside, set it up, and remove packaging. Stairs and old-couch removal are extra. Read the delivery policy.

Can I return my couch?

All sales are final. Read the return and refund policy before purchasing. Contact us about any issue with your order.

What should I check before ordering?

Check the item’s condition, dimensions, chaise orientation, and access through doors, hallways, and stairs. Need another measurement or photo? Ask Grady.
